Hoy nos hemos quedado en el concejo de Oviedo para buscar algunas de sus rampas más prominentes y atrevidas y completar una ruta de distancia media pero con gran desnivel acumulado.
Ruta circular: Oviedo – Tellego – Sardín – Picullanza – Oviedo (23/12/2015)
Longitud: 32 km / Tiempo: 4:00 h / Desnivel positivo acumulado: 1130 m
Ruter@s: Puri, Rosa, Mariví, Conchi, Charo, Mariajo, Susana, Felipe, Javi, Rubén y Juan.
Salimos de Oviedo a las 10 de la mañana por la Senda de Fuso y la abandonamos para girar hacia La Manjoya sufriendo el intenso frío de la mañana. Un tramo de asfalto en subida nos lleva a La Zoreda antes de bajar a Las Segadas. Por terreno amable llegamos a Soto de Ribera y tomamos un cruce a la izquierda que nos encamina hacia Tellego.
En este lugar comienza una serie de rampas duras que por carretera nos acaban dejando en La Mortera donde tomamos una pista hormigonada.
Las pendientes se hacen casi insoportables durante cerca de un kilómetro hasta que por fin aparcamos las bicis para coronar caminando el Pico Bustiello. 
El esfuerzo merece la pena dadas las vistas que ganamos: Oviedo y el Naranco al norte y el Aramo y el Monsacro al sur. Continuamos ruta bajando por una pista húmeda y embarrada que nos llevó a Sardín superando buenos pasos técnicos antes de que el firme allanase y se volviese menos exigente.
Tomamos la senda fluvial del Nalón y con pendiente siempre favorable llegamos a Soto del Rey. Aquí comienza el segundo gran reto del día. Pasando por Lusiella, Los Ferrerinos y La Llosica luchamos contra desniveles de mucha consideración hasta alcanzar la carretera que viene de La Manzaneda. Por asfalto seguimos ganando altura hasta coronar en La Barraca una subida larga y agotadora.
Enfilamos entonces hacia Oviedo y retornamos a la capital por el barrio de San Lázaro dando por concluido un nuevo domingo deportivo en Una a Una en el que tiritamos, sudamos, sufrimos y disfrutamos sobre nuestras bicis.
