Una a Una viajó al concejo de Aller para completar una gran ruta, con mucha variedad tanto de firmes como de paisajes, y un trazado espectacular y exigente.cot4

 

Ruta circular: Murias – Pico Renorios – Cotobello  – Murias (12/7/2015)

Longitud: 24 km / Tiempo: 5 h (con paradas) / Desnivel positivo acumulado: 1200 m

Ruter@s: Manuela, Noelia, Ingrid, Juan, Juaco y Javi.cot 2

 

Pasadas las 10 de la mañana y con las virtudes del café recién tomado empezando a manifestarse, emprendemos la marcha en Murias con rumbo SurEste. Por carretera (AE 3) y en ligera subida  seguimos el curso invertido del río Negro y dejamos a nuestra izquierda el Cordal de Coto Bello. El cielo está cubierto  y los montes que nos rodean aparecen tapados por espesos bancos de niebla. Con casi 5 kilómetros en las piernas llegamos a Santibáñez de Murias donde la pendiente suaviza y disfrutamos de unos kilómetros llanos con un paisaje arbolado hasta la Mina La Señora.cot 1

Siguiendo el arroyo de La Mortera y con rumbo Sur llegamos a Candano donde nos las vemos con la peor subida del día. Cinco terribles kilómetros por pistas nos llevan primero a la Mina La Carmina donde trazamos unas amplias cetas que nos reorientan con rumbo Este y nos aúpan al Pico Arroyo. Saliendo a terreno más abierto cresteamos durante unos kilómetros llegando a la Majada de La Fresnosa, donde nos sorprende un tramo de bajada radical y técnica que no vaticina sino una nueva rampa de subida de pendiente extrema tras la cual giramos hacia el Norte. La niebla nos niega las increíbles vistas sobre el valle Jurvio que desde aquí se divisan.cot5

Pasando por Cople y Veraniego enlazamos el Cordal de Carrescu con el de Coto Bello y tras unos 15 kilómetros de ruta alcanzamos los 1385 metros de altitud del alto de Renorios. Una bien merecida comida sirve de descanso y premio mientras echamos de menos las hermosas panorámicas de la Sierra de Conforcos. De aquí en adelante todo será bajada que empezamos con unos dos kilómetros que llevan a Coto Bello y El Toral, donde comienza un breve tramo llano entre praderías de montaña singularmente bellas. Superada la Mina Cotobello el descenso se acentúa y durante 8 kilómetros no habrá descanso para los frenos.cot 3

De nuevo devoradas por un frondoso bosque dejamos correr las bicis por el Caserío Pinedo, pasamos por Bizarriles, Espina, Xaguelón, Pozo… y con rumbo predominante Oeste caemos sobre el valle del río Negro, donde el terreno se allana y bajo nuestras cubiertas se abren amplias pistas forestales. Solo queda dejarnos llevar plácidamente superando Visastres, La Vachina y Escalero para reencontrarnos con el asfalto y dejar ir las bicis hasta Murias donde nos esperan los coches. Triunfal domingo en Una a Una disfrutando de una ruta muy creativa y de gran atractivo tanto deportivo como paisajístico.
