El Naranco para empezar 2016

Divertida ruta por los laberintos naranquianos con la que inauguramos el calendario 2016 en Una a Una.

Ruta circular: Oviedo – Brañes – El Violeo – Pico Paisano – Oviedo (3/1/2016)

Longitud: 23 km / Tiempo: 3 h/ Desnivel positivo acumulado: 600 m

Ruter@s: Rosa, Puri, Azu, Conchi, Raquel, Mone, Susana, Juan, Jorge y Félix.

Con un pésimo pronóstico meteorológico nos poníamos en marcha en Oviedo cerca de las 11 de la mañana. Por La Florida abandonamos la capital en dirección a San Lázaro de Paniceres y enseguida tomamos el Camino de Santiago que nos acercaba a Lampayá. IMG-20160103-WA0006Abandonando el Camino y pegándonos a la falda suroeste del Naranco empezamos a encontrar pasos húmedos y pedregosos a medida que ganábamos altura sobre el corte del Nora.

Antes de llegar a Brañes enfilamos una pista hormigonada de fuerte pendiente que nos aupó hasta los llanos del alto del Violeo permitiéndonos un descanso breve.WP_20160103_13_18_13_Pro La amenaza de lluvia no se consumó y la temperatura se mantuvo muy agradable toda la mañana. Un kilómetro más o menos llano hizo de preludio a las poderosas pendientes de la «transnaranconiana». Con paciencia y buenas piernas fuimos dominando las nueve rampas de esta hermosa travesía.

En la collada oeste bajo el Pico Paisano volvemos a ver Oviedo y emprendemos la bajada. Tomamos el sendero que en el club conocemos como «las cetas» y sorteando sus requiebros y alguna piedra vamos llegando sin mayores contratiempos a San Miguel de Lillo. WP_20160103_12_37_07_ProDe aquí bajamos al parque de Purificación Tomás y aprovechamos sus prados y pinares para hacer las últimas cabriolas y saltos del día antes de zambullirnos de nuevo en el tráfico ovetense.

Magnífica jornada de bicicleta en la que al final disfrutamos de un inesperado buen tiempo. Siempre es una delicia rodar por el Naranco y volver a visitar algunos de sus múltiples rincones idóneos para el ciclismo de montaña. Rematamos el domingo con una comida de hermandad y con el deseo de que 2016 vuelva a ser un gran año para Una a Una y nos traiga un sinfín de hermosas experiencias compartidas.
